You will build reliable partnerships and actively drive forward the strategic development of Swiss Post International Mail & Parcels.

 

How you make a difference:

  • In your role, you will create and implement the management system for strategic partners, such as Asendia, postal companies, Fedex and GLS, and document the strategic and tactical interactions with our business unit.
  • You will monitor and update the strategic performance indicators and work closely with the people in charge of e-commerce activities in import and export.
  • You will identify strategic synergies and assess potential risks in conjunction with the people in charge of e-commerce and the Strategy team.
  • You will be responsible for the technical management of the “Product Consultants Affiliates and Partners” responsible for the sales relations with our partners.
  • You will set up an organizational structure to help the partners achieve their goals and will work directly with their sales teams.
  • You will be responsible for drafting the contracts for Swiss Post International Mail and Parcels solutions with our partners.

 

What you have to offer:

  • You have in-depth experience in business development or management of business partners.
  • Your analytical and conceptual skills enable you to tackle complex challenges in a pragmatic way.
  • You have strong leadership competencies and are comfortable with hierarchical and agile organizational structures.
  • Your entrepreneurial spirit and solution-oriented working style help you drive forward innovative approaches.
  • You enjoy cross-team work and ideally have professional experience in an international environment. You also have an affinity for, as well as an interest in, digital transformation and new organizational models.
  •  You have very good spoken and written English and good knowledge of German. Any other national language is an advantage.
