Senior AI Business Consultant

Introduction 

In the course of digitization, AI is playing a key role at Swiss Post. Do you want to play a significant part in shaping this development by driving the use of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in the various Swiss Post units? You help Swiss Post’s Data & AI Incubation & Adoption team to design the advanced AI solutions of the future.  
 

How you make a difference 

• Together with Swiss Post’s business and function units, you identify efficiency potential and new revenue opportunities through the use of AI and support them from the first idea through to successful implementation. 

• You know what makes a successful AI project or product and you evaluate business ideas in terms of their added value and feasibility.  

• You ensure that projects are implemented in a targeted and sustainable manner – from proofs of concept to productive solutions. 

• As a sparring partner, you undertake temporary project management or adopt the role of product owner in early phases to drive forward the implementation of AI initiatives. 

• You inspire key functions such as Legal, Compliance, Finance and HR to focus on AI topics and you support them in developing their own solutions. 

• You contribute new ideas and track the latest trends, tools and use cases to continually expand the scope of solutions for Swiss Post. In close cooperation with experts in trustworthy AI and digital ethics and the tech teams, you develop solutions that meet the highest standards.  

What you have to offer 

• You have several years of experience in managing or supporting projects, ideally in the field of AI, data or business transformation, as well as in dealing with central corporate functions (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR). 

• You combine your keen passion for digital transformation and AI with analytical thinking, strong communication skills and an authentic manner. You are confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels, right up to C level. 

• Thanks to your quick perception, you understand different business contexts and you develop agile solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. 

• You are familiar with current AI trends, tools and use cases and can present the business benefits convincingly and reduce complexity transparently. 

• A solid foundation of technical understanding allows you to use suitable technologies in a targeted manner based on cost-benefit aspects.  

• Your profile is rounded off by knowledge of UX principles and a good command of German and English; another national language is an advantage.
