AI Agent & Copilot Studio Specialist

Introduction

You help us drive forward our everyday AI strategy and make AI agents usable in the company with Microsoft Copilot Studio. You bridge the gap between business and technology, actively shape the future of AI-supported automation and become part of an innovative team that is passionate about breaking new ground. In this exciting role, you set new standards for AI-supported solutions.

How you make a difference

• You identify business needs at an early stage, advise on use cases and implement AI agents in Copilot Studio together with specialist units.

• You take operational responsibility for AI Agent Factory; ensure quality, testing and smooth deployments, and support the entire AI agent life cycle.

• With your know-how, you strengthen our internal community around Copilot Studio and act as a technical conscience in projects.

• You develop best practices and promote reuse opportunities for AI solutions – all in close cooperation with the Product Owner Power Plattform, the Product Manager Copilot and other stakeholders.
• Together with the team, you strengthen the everyday AI initiatives and ensure that business processes become more efficient and forward-looking.

What you have to offer

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, business informatics or a comparable qualification, as well as at least three years’ professional experience in AI, machine learning or business analysis. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, the Power Platform or comparable AI/automation tools.
• You have experience in requirements engineering, business case analysis and consulting in an AI or automation context.
• You find it easy to collaborate with specialist units, and you can convey complex topics in an audience-appropriate way.
• You have a spirit of innovation, a solution-orientated mindset and enthusiasm for changing processes with AI.
• You have a good spoken and written command of German and good proficiency in English.
