TJC E-Mobility Backend Migration Project Manager

Introduction
In this temporary role, you will coordinate the end-to-end migration of 2,800+ charging points from the current CSMS (be.energized) to the new Ampeco platform and ensure that all technical, business, operational and customer requirements for the planned go-live in the second half of 2026 are met. You will further develop your skills in technical project management in the areas of back-end migration and e-mobility charging infrastructure.
How you make a difference
- Your main task is to develop, implement and maintain the migration master plan across all sub-projects (business hardware, infrastructure, integrations, IT security, operations)
- You coordinate and hold regular Cadence meetings with all internal and external stakeholders – Ampeco, internal core team (MS5, IT22/IT20, MS4 and IMS)
- You are responsible for managing backlogs, dependencies and progress tracking via boards, workflows and dashboards
- You identify and overcome risks, obstacles and escalations, propose remedial measures and workaround solutions and ensure that projects are implemented punctually, on budget and to the required quality
- You will create and present migration progress reports for MS5 management and the steering committees
What you have to offer
- You have proven experience in coordinating IT projects with several teams and external partners
- You are secure when using project management tools (e.g. MS Planner, MS Project, Jira)
- You are experienced at conducting technical discussions without being a specialist
- You have a structured approach to planning, dependency tracking and risk management
- You communicate clearly with technical and business target groups − in writing and verbally
- Your independence, proactive approach and reliability round off your personality
- You have good knowledge of English (main working language: platform, documentation, Ampeco) and spoken German (internal coordination Swiss Post)
