Senior Product Manager

Tresorit is rapidly extending its product offering to provide better and more heavily integrated B2B Vertical Solutions which sit on top of our core Platform, offering secure content collaboration and storage. The person hired to this Senior Product Manager role will be responsible for this foundational platform and core 3rd party integrations.

This position reports to the VP of Product Management.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Engineering, other product teams, UX, Product Marketing and the company leadership to identify, understand and prioritize internal and user-facing pain points
• Gain deep understanding of our customers by gathering quantitative and qualitative information firsthand and by collaborating closely with User Research and our Business Intelligence teams
• Gain deep understanding of our technology by collaborating with our Engineering teams. You don’t need to be the expert of all the details, but you need to develop a strong intuition of the possibilities and limitations and be able to debate technical trade-offs.
• Maintain a continuously updated roadmap.
• Lead the discovery efforts for the developments and gather the requirements, translate them into business cases and specifications. Evaluate and drive trade-off decisions and prioritization.
• Work with the engineering and design teams continuously to execute against the roadmap and create secure, efficient and intuitive solutions.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to maximize the impact of product launches.
• Collaborate with other PMs and company leadership to align on the overall product vision, strategy and company roadmap.

Qualifications:

• 4+ experience as a Product Manager in a tech company, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields; OR strong track record of hands-on work in related roles
• Led cross-team dependent projects using an Agile development methodology.
• Demonstrated success in balancing multiple priorities and complex problems with a wide group of stakeholders
• Strong technical background. Comfortable negotiating technical requirements and dependencies across the technical stack while understanding trade-offs and measuring them against business needs.
• Confident in both high-level strategy and daily execution; ability to abstract challenges and present to the C-Level while facilitating weekly meetings with engineers, operations, and marketing.
• The candidate will be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Passionate about leading teams through ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products that are focused on customer needs, understanding of data and reliance on strong product sense.
• Experience working with Enterprise File and Document Management solutions or on internal or customer-facing technology platforms and APIs is a plus.
• Must speak English proficiently. Hungarian and German is a plus.
• It’s a hybrid position, working closely with teams located in Budapest, Hungary. Should be ready to visit the offices at least monthly for workshops and other opportunities. The ability to join the teams in-person in Budapest more frequently is a plus.
