This function is responsible for each Sales process step, from winning new customers, and driving the onboarding and adoption process to managing renewals.

Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth - Drive new revenue by successfully closing the marketing-generated business leads from different industries in the North American market (a flexible schedule will be needed to accommodate the time difference).
- Engage with Enterprise customers during the trial phase, manage the evaluation process, work together with the Product team if needed, and generate new revenue from Enterprise queries.
- Proactively reach out to customers to increase their Tresorit usage, look for upselling opportunities by understanding customer needs and focus on exceptional user experience.
- Build, maintain, and effectively manage a healthy sales pipeline and hit sales targets quarterly.
- Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, including Tresorit’s high-potential customers with a focus on upsell and retention.
- Make sure to have a proper forecast of new revenue, upsell, downgrade and churn risk by regularly communicating with your own customer base and administrating the opportunities properly in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a Sales, Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role.
- Experience working with business customers, SaaS experience is an advantage.
- Outbound/prospecting experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
- Any other language is a plus.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals.
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
- Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action.
- Strong sense of independence and ownership.
