German Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with professional English and German language skills, who loves people, interaction and communication.
Your primary responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service experience as the main point of customer contact and support through a positive attitude, accuracy and responsiveness
- Bring a solution to every bug/question that our customers may have. It can be technical, or accounting related among others
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
- Track progress and resolution of all issues/incidents
- You will answer to our customers by email, chat or phone when necessary
- Work together with our development teams on issues, own them, manage them, solve them
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team and regional managers
Desired qualifications and skills:
- This is a full-time position with approx. 5 shift days/month
- Fluency in English AND German (Hungarian is a plus) and have great writing and oral skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
- Problem solving attitude and strong interpersonal skills to deal with customers and other departments in the company
Preferred qualifications and skills (is a big plus):
- If you've already been in sales or customer care in a technical environment, you'll probably be a super good fit
- If you actually like to listen to people telling you their problems without getting bored/angry, you will be perfect
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree is a plus
