As a Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our marketing initiatives through strategic planning, coordination, execution and optimization of SLG and PLG-targeted campaigns. You’ll be part of a team of experts responsible for identifying and acting on market growth opportunities supporting Tresorit’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with the focus on driving awareness, lead generation, engagement and conversions in cooperation with Demand Generation and Customer Engagement, and Product Marketing.
- Build campaign plans with clear objectives, audience segmentation, timelines, channels and deliverables.
- Oversee the full campaign process, from briefing and stakeholder coordination to delivery and post-campaign reporting.
- Maintain a live campaigns calendar to ensure visibility, alignment and timely delivery across teams.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
- Work with the Product Marketing team to identify new opportunities, trends and growth areas for both new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers.
- Use data and analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Campaign Performance & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement across channels and ROI.
- Proactively report on changes and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst to analyze KPIs, create actionable campaign reports and provide recommendations for improvements. Support test-and-learn iterations for continuous optimization.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to align plans and priorities.
- Regularly communicate campaign status, progress, and results with stakeholders.
- Manage feedback, requests and iterations efficiently across teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- 3+years of international experience in campaign management, ideally with exposure to both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) approaches.
- You are success-driven and have a proven track record of creating meaningful growth in B2B Software markets.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, with experience targeting both new customers acquisition and customer retention.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, HotJar, Google Analytics), with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and achieving shared goals.
- Proactive, innovative and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes and a forward-thinking approach to overcoming challenges.
